TROCKA acts solely as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle listed. All transactions are between the buyer and seller.
3. �� User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Listings and Descriptions
· Sellers must ensure all vehicle listings are truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
· TROCKA reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or appears fraudulent.
5. Payments and Fees
· TROCKA may charge listing fees, transaction fees, or processing fees. These will be clearly disclosed before posting.
· All payments processed through TROCKA are subject to third-party payment provider terms.
6. Delivery and Inspection
· TROCKA does not handle logistics or delivery. Buyers and sellers must coordinate directly.
· Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before completing a transaction.
7. �� Returns and Refunds
· TROCKA does not offer refunds. Any return or refund policy is solely at the discretion of the seller.
· Disputes must be resolved between buyer and seller. TROCKA may assist but is not liable for outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
TROCKA is not responsible for:
· Vehicle condition, legality, or ownership
· Fraudulent transactions
· Damages resulting from use of the platform
9. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
· Post false or misleading information
· Circumvent TROCKA’s payment system
· Use the platform for illegal activities
Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
10. �� Intellectual Property
All content on TROCKA—including logos, design, and software—is the property of TROCKA and protected by copyright laws.
11. �� Changes to Terms
TROCKA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
